After the famous basketball playing otter, I have found these otters closer to home. They are at the Tamar Otter and Wildlife Centre in Devon. Find out all about the person who set this up and some of the otters she cares for. 

This week, we will be looking at famous and significant people. Alongside this in writing, we will be studying speeches- some from some famous people. We will found out what makes a good speech and have a go at writing one for ourselves later in the week. There will aslo be two transition activities about 'Your Networks'. You can choose any of the themed learning options when directed. It would be great to see what you are up to by sending photographs to the school email.

Hope you had a good day on Monday. The children in school created some great rainforest paintings last week: let us know if you did too. The weather will be very warm this week according to the forecast- take care in the heat and find a hat, some shade, a cold drink and suntan lotion if you are outside.
